This frontline experience in one of the world’s most respected healthcare systems not only sharpened my clinical expertise but also deepened my appreciation for the vital role that skilled professionals play in driving excellence—across healthcare and beyond.

Over the course of my career, I have built a reputation for delivering results in international recruitment across the UK, Europe, the Philippines, India, the UAE, and Nepal. I have established trusted relationships with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards, NHS framework suppliers, private hospitals, embassies, and the Care Quality Commission.

My recruitment expertise spans a wide range of roles: from registered nurses, doctors (SHO to Consultant level), and allied health professionals, to facilitating bespoke 1:1 private nursing care and medical repatriation services across the UK, UAE, Middle East, and Europe.
