As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Nexora Group, I bring over 16 years of dynamic, cross-industry experience – spanning recruitment, real estate, administration, business start-ups, vehicle rental services, cab fleet and food courier operations, and international student recruitment. This diverse expertise forms the backbone of Nexora’s global outlook and strategic direction.
My entrepreneurial journey began in 2008, when I joined Wärtsilä as an Administrative Officer. Alongside this role, I worked as a freelance recruiter, honing my skills in talent acquisition and operational management. In 2013, I founded my first business, Fresh Firma, marking the beginning of an exciting and purpose-driven path in business.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of playing key roles within Malta’s real estate sector and leading the expansion of SKZEM Limited – a trusted name in recruitment, outsourcing, and fleet solutions. I also founded Sosa Rentals, a thriving car and bike rental company, and co-founded Nexora Group, a global recruitment agency connecting people and possibilities across continents.
