The General Foreman - Civil will oversee and manage all on-site civil construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will have an added advantage.

o Plan, organize, and oversee all civil construction activities on-site.

o Ensure work is executed in compliance with project drawings, specifications, and standards.

o Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project requirements.

o Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

o Allocate tasks to labourers and subcontractors and monitor their performance.

o Provide training and guidance to the site team to improve efficiency and workmanship.

o Liaise with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.

o Coordinate civil works with MEP and other trades to avoid conflicts.

o Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

o Conduct safety briefings and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

o Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization.

o Coordinate the timely delivery of materials and supplies.

o Maintain detailed records of daily site activities and workforce deployment.

o Prepare and submit progress reports to project management regularly.
