Job description
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to clients in a homecare setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
Providing emotional and social support to clients
Assisting with mobility and medication reminders
Observing and reporting any changes in the client’s condition
Collaborating with nurses, families, and care teams to ensure high standards of care
Essential requirements
To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in the care sector
Recognised Care Qualification or equivalent (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or higher)
Good level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Willingness to relocate and work in Malta
Must be eligible to work in the EU or willing to go through necessary processes
