Job description
Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment.
Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures.
Monitor and handle surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation of procedures and compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Adhere to infection control and hospital policies at all times.
Essential requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role as a Theatre Scrub Nurse.
Must hold a valid and active DHA License.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrument handling.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Benefits
Salary: Up to AED 10,000/month (based on experience).
